临床护士高血压病基础知识和健康教育能力的调查

摘　　要：目的了解临床护士对高血压病基础知识的掌握以及对高血压患者进行健康教育的能力。方法 2010年11～12月,对德阳市2家三级医院的217名临床护士,采用闭卷笔试的方式,进行高血压病临床基础知识和健康教育的能力的调查。结果对降压药的种类,临床常用降压药物不良反应的认知,心血管内科护士与其他科室的护士比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);高血压的定义及降压目标,以及根据患者情况进行药物、饮食、活动指导和家庭急症的处理,心血管内科护士与其他科室的护士比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床护士对高血压病的基础知识掌握,总体程度较低,不具备应有的宣传、预防高血压的能力。心血管内科护士与其他科室的护士相比差异有统计学意义。以临床护士为对象,以更新高血压防治观念和知识更新为主要内容的培训迫在眉睫。Objective To investigate the basic knowledge control and health education ability about hypertension from clinical nurses.Methods With written examination,217 internal medical nurses from 2 tertiary hospitals were investigated to obtain the data of the awareness of basic knowledge control and health education ability about essential hypertension from 2010 November to December,in Deyang City.Results In the fields of the common types and adverse reactions of antihypertensive drugs,the definition of essential hypertension and the pressure control target,and the guidance for diet and drugs.There were significant differences between nurses from cardiology departments and non-cardiology departments.Conclusion The basic knowledge control and health education ability of nurses from cardiology departments were better than nurses from other departments.The relatively low level of the basic knowledge control and health education ability of nurses needs to further improve.
