汶川大地震后德阳地区康复医学现状分析与对策

摘　　要：目的了解汶川大地震后德阳地区康复医学发展的现状。方法采用PPS概率抽样方法,对德阳地区医疗机构康复从业人员进行问卷调查。结果共发放调查问卷120份,回收120份,回收率100%。调查结果显示,汶川大地震后,德阳地区康复医学发展取得了一定进步,但是我们也清醒地认识到,德阳地区康复医学发展深层次的矛盾和问题依然存在,尤其是康复思想观念陈旧、康复机构建设滞后、资金投入不足、人才和技术缺乏、康复教育与培训体系不完善等。结论康复医学对疾病的治愈起着积极作用,德阳地区康复医学事业亟待进一步发展提高。Objective To know the wenchuan earthquake deyang area development situation of rehabilitation medicine.Methods Using PPS probability sample method of medical institution in deyang area survey rehabilitation professionals.Results A total of issuing questionnaires,recycling of 120 of 120,recovery 100%.According to the Results of the survey,wenchuan earthquake,deyang area rehabilitation medicine development has made much progress,but we also realize soberly,deyang area rehabilitation medicine development profound contradictions and problems remain,especially rehabilitation thought idea obsolete,the rehabilitation facility construction lag,insufficient capital investment,talent and technology lack of education and training system,rehabilitation is not perfect,etc.Conclusion The cure of diseases rehabilitation medicine plays a positive role in deyang area,rehabilitation medicine career development and improvement to be further.
