摘　　要：电子病历的核心是临床数据存储库,本文以中山市人民医院电子病历项目为案例,介绍了在新医疗体制改革和医院电子信息化快速发展的背景下,探讨建立临床数据存储库、实现电子病历电子化存储及其信息资源开发利用的方案,重点阐述了建立临床数据存储库需要重点解决的关键技术问题,以及项目实施后的应用体会,为后继电子病历研究提供依据。The core of the electronic medical records is the clinical data repository＇, this article takes the Project of the electronic medical records in Zhongshan municipal people＇ hospital for example, introducing the discussion on the plan of establishing clinical data repository to achieve the e-storage of electronic medical records, and the development as also as the usage of information resource, under the background of the national health care reform and the rapid development of electronic information in hospital. The article focuses on the key technological problems which should be the main concerns for establishing clinical data repository, as well as the experiences in application in project implementation, all those Provide the basis for the further research of electronic medical records.
