摘　　要：本文从检验信息管理系统(Laboratory Information System,LIS)的概念、内涵、重要意义、效益等方面探讨了LIS在肿瘤医院运行管理中的重要作用。经过近一年多的实践,实现了实验室人力资源管理、标本管理、日常事务管理、网络管理、检验数据管理、报表管理过程的自动化,提高了工作效率,降低了差错发生率,成效显著。From the Laboratory Information Management System （Laboratory Information System, LIS） concept, meaning, significance, benefits and other aspects of the LIS in the Cancer Hospital of running and managing an important role.After nearly a year of practice, to achieve the laboratory of human resources management, specimen management, daily management, network management, inspection and data management, report management process automation, improve efficiency and reduce the error rate, with remarkable results.
