摘　　要：光野与X线照射野一致性检测尺是一种射线的照射野检测装置,包括传感器单元、处理单元、显示单元。其原理是采用线阵X线传感器检测,经单片机处理后由对称线阵LED发光组件显示的方法进行测量。检测装置可实时检测与显示提高了检测效率,且提高了检测的准确性。The coherenee metrical ruler of X ray confine is a metrieal device on irradiation confine of X ray, which include transducer unit, manage unit, display unit. It adolpts line array transducer to measure the irradiation confine, and dispose by processor of singlechip, then display the result Ihrough irradiancy discreteness. So the metrical ruler can measure and display the irradiation confine real lime,that the efficieney and veracity can be improved.
