摘　　要：对我国残疾大学生体育现状、制约残疾大学生参加体育锻炼的因素和残疾大学生参与体育运动的价值进行分析,提出在构建社会主义和谐社会中发展残疾大学生体育的重要性.Analysis is conducted to study the status quo of handicapped college student about their participation in sports,obstacles against participation and values of participating in physical exercises on their part,to emphasize the importance of developing sport activities of handicapped college students in times of constructing socialist harmonious society.
