摘  要:目的探讨超声弹性成像在乳腺肿块良恶性鉴别诊断中的应用。方法 2010年5月至2011年3月共对84例乳腺肿块病例的88个病灶行超声弹性成像检查,测定其弹性应变率比值,以3.08为界点,判断肿块的良恶性。全部病例均有病理结果证实。结果 84例88个乳腺病灶中,恶性58个,良性30个;良性病灶弹性应变率比值为1.71,恶性病灶弹性应变率比值为5.41,良恶性病灶应变率比值差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。以3.08为界点诊断恶性肿块的特异性为92.4%,敏感性为86.8%,准确性为91.2%。结论超声弹性成像技术简便、准确,有助于乳腺良恶性肿块的鉴别诊断。Objective To evaluate the value of ultrasonic elastograpby in differential diagnosis of breast masses. Methods The technology of ultrasonic elastography in 88 breast masses (84 eases) were used. The strain ratio of the ultrasonic elastography was calculated by the ultrasonic machine . Pathology was followded up as diagnostic criteria. Results There were 58 benign masses and 30 malignant ones. The strain ratio of benign masses was 1.71 and malignant masses was 5.41. There was significant difference between two groups (P 〈 0.05). The specificity, sensitivity and accuracy in diagnosing malignant breast masses were 92.4% , 86.8% , 91.2% by the ultrasonic elastography. Conclusions The usefulness of ultrasonic elastography is more conven- ient and accurate and is helpful in differentiating between benign and malignant breast masses.
