森林公园的功能定位对项目财务内部收益率影响研究

摘　　要：森林公园休闲旅游和保护环境的功能定位,是森林公园建设项目财务评价参数测算与调整的重要依据。定性分析研究了资源约束、产业投入、项目生命周期、管理制度设计、环境保护技术投入、资源开发与利用等因素对项目财务内部收益率测定的影响。Forest Parks are oriented at leisure tourism and protection of the environment, which are important bases for parameter estimation and adjustment of the financial evaluation of the forest park construction projects. Some factors of impact are analyzed to measure pro- jects＇ internal financial return rate. These factors include resource constraints, industry input, lifecycle of projects, design of management system, technology investment in environmental protection, resource development and utilization and so on.
