横结肠顺蠕动移植代食管重建术的护理

摘　　要：为了帮助患者恢复正常饮食功能,纠正营养不良状态,笔者对100例胸骨后横结肠顺蠕动方向移植代替食管重建术患者进行术前和术后精心护理,严格执行饮食要求,做好饮食宣教和护理,严密观察病情变化及术后并发症的发生。精心护理解除了患者饥饿而又不能进食的痛苦,食管钡餐检查吻合口通过顺利无阻碍,患者术后均能进普食。由此可见,由于患者入院时身体营养不良,手术耐受性差,术后并发症严重,所以必须给予严密的观察和护理,使患者痊愈出院。100 patients with retrosternal transverse colon iso-enterocinesia transplantation in place of esophagus reconstruction received preoperative and postoperative care in order to restore their normal diet function and correct malnutrition,strict dietary requirements and good diet education and nursing were carried out,the condition changes and postoperative complications of patients were observed closely.The suffering of aphagosis while hungry was removed from the patients.The esophagus barium meal examination showed smooth and unimpeded pass at the stoma.All the patients were able to eat general food.Due to the patients＇ malnutrition,poor tolerance to surgery and severe postoperative complications,we have to give close observation and nursing until they fully recover.
