老年高血压患者血清尿酸水平变化的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨老年高血压病患者血清尿酸水平变化及其意义。方法:选择高血压病患者230例(高血压组)及健康查体者200例(正常对照组),检测血清尿酸水平。结果:①与正常对照组比较,高血压病患者血清尿酸水平明显升高,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。②高血压病患者组高尿酸血症的发生率明显高于正常对照组(P<0.001)。结论:高血压病患者血清尿酸水平明显升高,血清尿酸水平升高与高血压有密切关系。Objective： To explore the change and implication of serium uric acid levels in elderly hypertensive patients.Methods： 230 cases patients with hypertension and 200 cases normal control were selected in this study.The serium uric acid levels were determined.Results： ①The serium uric acid levels in hypertensive patients with hypertensive were higher than those in normal control group（P0.01）.②The incidences of high uric acid hematic disease in hypertensive patients were higher than those in normal control group（P0.001）.Conclusion： Serium uric acid levels are elevated in elderly patients with hypertension,which is associated with hypertension.
