去氧孕烯炔雌醇在LEEP刀术后预防宫颈子宫内膜异位症中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨LEEP刀术后宫颈子宫内膜异位症发生的有效预防方法。方法:2009年10月～2010年3月,在徐州市妇幼保健医院妇科宫颈疾病中心因宫颈疾病而行LEEP刀术患者中,572例口服去氧孕烯炔雌醇2个周期(2个月)的患者为实验组(A组),982例未服用去氧孕烯炔雌醇的患者为对照组(B组)。观察两组宫颈子宫内膜异位症的发生。结果:服用去氧孕烯炔雌醇组无一例发生宫颈子宫内膜异位症。宫颈子宫内膜异位症的发生率与未服用去氧孕烯炔雌醇组对比,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:LEEP刀术后口服去氧孕烯炔雌醇可以预防子宫内膜异位症的发生。Objective： To investigate the effective methods of preventing the occurrence of cervical endometriosis after loop electrosurgical excision procedure.Methods： All the cases were selected from October 2009 to March 2010 in Xuzhou Maternity and Child Health Care Hospital′s Gynecology and Cervical Disease Center.572 cases who had taken Desogestrel-ethinylestradio Tablets for two cycles（two months） after the loop electrosurgical excision procedure were experimental group,982 cases without Desogestrel-ethinylestradio Tablets after the loop electrosurgical excision procedure were control group.The incidence of cervical endometriosis in the two groups were observed.Results： No case of cervical endometriosis were found in the experimental group,whose incidence of cervical endometriosis was significantly lower than the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion： After loop electrosurgical excision procedure,taking Desogestrel-ethinylestradio Tablets is an effective method to prevent the occurrence of endometriosis on the cervix.
