摘  要:目的:确定疼痛管理教育培训对护士创伤性疼痛管理知识与态度的影响。方法:将入选本研究的60名护士分为研究组和对照组,每组30名。采用《疼痛管理知识调查表》评估其对疼痛管理知识的认知现状;构建创伤性疼痛规范化管理的培训方案,对研究组护士进行培训,对照组护士不参与。2周后再次对两组护士进行问卷调查,并安排其在急诊接诊伤情及严重程度相似的患者,评估患者的疼痛VAS评分情况以及心理状况,并比较差异有无统计学意义。结果:通过疼痛规范化管理培训,研究组护士对疼痛管理知识的掌握程度明显优于对照组(P<0.01);研究组护士所分管患者清创术后VAS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:疼痛管理教育培训可促进急诊护士对创伤性疼痛管理知识的掌握,改变护理态度,从而有效缓解患者疼痛。Objective: To identify the effects of education and training toward the standardization pain-management knowledge and attitude of nurses in emergency station.Methods: The included nurses were randomly assigned to a control group(n=30) and an experimental group(n=30);a questionnaire about the standardization pain-management knowledge was used to assess their knowledge level.The experimental group was given the standardization pain-management education and training for 2 weeks,the control one was not.After that,both groups were arranged to do the same questionnaire again and take care of analogous patients in emergency station;visual analogue scale(VAS)was used to assess the different severity of pain between the two groups′ patients.Results: The experimental group demonstrated significant predominance in pain-management knowledge and their patients′ VAS scores were much lower than the control group(P0.01).Conclusion: Standardization education and training can significantly promote nurses to elevate their pain-management knowledge level and change their attitude toward patients with acute pain,at last,the uncomfortable senses of pain could be reduced effectively.
