摘 要:探讨精梳机工艺技术性能及改进途径。阐述了精梳工序的必要性及精梳后产品的性能变化以及精梳机的基本性能指标,分析了精梳机结杂及短绒排除率的影响因素。指出:精梳机纺纱性能评价时,应主要考核精梳机排除结杂短绒的效果,应采用正确的方法计算精梳短绒排除率和纤维损伤率。认为:通过优选落棉隔距、给棉方式、给棉长度、小卷定量、锡林齿面角、锡林及顶梳密度、顶梳插入深度等工艺参数,可进一步提高精梳工序排除结杂及短绒的效果。Comber processing technology and related modification methods were discussed. Necessity of comber process and combed product property were introduced as well as comber basic property and index. Factors of comber neps and short fiber content elimination rate were analyzed. It is pointed out effect of comber eliminating neps and short fiber sbould be checked mainly, correct methods of calculating comb short fiber eliminating rate and fiber injury rate should be adopted when evaluating comber spinning property. It is considered that through optimizing noil gauge,feed style, feed length,lap weight per unit,cylinder wire face angle,cylinder and top comb density,top comb depth et al processing parameter,effect of eliminating neps and short fiber can be improved further.
