摘　　要：目的:研制一种提高医用脉动真空蒸气灭菌柜灭菌质量,延长灭菌柜使用寿命,并具有一台可带多台蒸气灭菌柜的装置。方法:采用蒸气冲撞丝网的原理,分离出蒸气中所含的水分,并拦截蒸气中的杂质,给蒸气灭菌柜提供高质量的蒸气。结果:解决医用脉动真空灭菌柜长期湿包,并起到延长蒸气灭菌柜寿命的作用。结论:该蒸气灭菌柜气水分离器结构简单,成本较低,效果很好,适用于各级医院消毒供应中心,值得推广。Objective： To develop a device which can improve medical pulsating vacuum steam sterilizer sterilization quality,extend the life of sterilizer,and has more than one can with steam Sterilizer.Methods The principle of steam collision screen is to isolate the water vapor contained in,and block the impurities in the steam,the steam sterilizer to provide high-quality steam.Results The medical pulse vacuum sterilizer to solve the long-term wet pack,and play to extend the life of the role of the steam sterilizer.Conclusion The steam sterilizer steam separator structure is simple,low cost,through more than a year of clinical trials,the effect is very good for all Class Hospital central sterile supply,it is worth promoting.
