摘　　要：郑煤集团积极探索和开发有效的煤矿安全管理和事故预防技术方法,基于安全系统工程原理,实施以"事事有人管、管理靠闭环、闭环保安全"为特点的矿井安全生产信息闭环管理,创新了煤矿生产矿井安全生产隐患排查技术方法,成功实施了采掘工作面"三项评价",开发和应用了煤矿安全生产闭环管理信息系统,实现了安全工作由被动检查型向超前防范型转变,增强了安全管理的针对性和系统性,安全生产形势稳步好转。Zhengzhou Coal Industrial Group is actively discovering and developing an effective mine safety management and accident prevention technology method.Based on the principle of the safety system engineering,the mine safety production information closed loop management with the features of the each case controlled by someone,managed with closed loop and the closed loop ensured the safety was practiced.A hidden danger detection technical method of the mine safety production was innovated.The three item evaluation of the mining and excavation working faces was successfully conducted.The mine closed loop management information system of the mine safety production was developed and applied.The mine safety work was changed from the passive detection mode to the advance prevention mode.Thus the target and system of the safety management were improved and the situation of the mine safety production was steadily forward.
