摘　　要：虚拟生态工业园是一种新型的基于循环经济的大循环生态工业组织形式,是生态工业园区在地理位置上的拓展。综合可支撑和应用于虚拟生态工业园的相关理论,采用定性分析、理论与实证相结合的研究方法,对长三角地区构建虚拟生态工业园的基地、产业链和运行模式进行分析,提出构建具有普遍意义的虚拟生态工业园的操作框架。Virtual eco-industry park （virtual EIP） is a new-type of major cycle eco-mdustry form ot orgamzatlon based on cychc economy. It＇s the geographic extension of eco-industry park. This paper synthesizes the relevant theories supporting and applied in virtual EIP; adopts the research methods of qualitative analysis and combination of theory and demonstration, analyzes the construction of the base, industry chain and operational mode of virtual EIP in Yangtze River Delta area; puts forward building the virtual EIP＇s operational framework of universal meaning.
