摘　　要：提出了桩周界土弹簧计算理论及相应模型,重点探讨了该理论在桩基础沉降量估算中的应用,并通过实例,对估算结果进行验证,为桩基沉降计算提供了一种新的途径。This paper presented pile perimeter soil spring calculation theory and the corresponding model, discussed the application of this theory in pile foundation settlement estimation, and through examples, verified the estimated results, provided a new way for pile foundation settlement calculation.
