摘　　要：文章对托法的发展历程进行了考证和梳理,认为托法与外科理论同步起源,其正式提出首见于《刘涓子鬼遗方》,《三因极一病证方论》首次出现"补托"之说,托法的探索在明清进入了鼎盛时期。1949年以后,托法进入了一个科学、规范发展的快车道。This article focuses on the textual research and development of Tuofa.The author thinks that Tuofa and surgical theory have the same source,which was first formally proposed by LIU Juan-zi Gui Yi Fang.The statement of the method of complement Tuofa was first seen in Sanyin Ji Yi Bingzheng Fang Lun.The exploration for Tuofa entered the period of great prosperity in Ming Dynasty and Qing Dynasty.Since 1949,Tuofa has gone into the fast lane of scientific and normative development.
