更年期综合征常见证候要素对应症状的专家问卷调查研究

摘　　要：目的:运用专家咨询问卷调查的方法初步确定与更年期综合征常见证候要素相关的对应症状群。方法:在前期工作的基础上,制订专家咨询问卷,对全国6个中心的临床妇科专家进行问卷调查,在分析专家对该疾病常见证候要素所涉及症状的重要性判断的均数、满分比、等级和、变异系数等的基础上,选择与更年期综合征常见证候要素相关的对应症状群。结果:本次调查共发放问卷100份,收回98份,回收率98%。按照累积百分比>50%及变异系数<0.25为标准,选择与更年期综合征常见病位类和病性类证候要素相关的对应症状群,作为建立证候要素诊断标准的诊断备选指标。结论:专家咨询问卷调查法能在相对较短的时间内集中收集专家的共识性意见,是建立证候要素诊断标准的重要方法。本研究所选取的一些症状和体征,是专家共识与更年期综合征常见证候要素关系最为密切者,可作为诊断证候要素的备选指标,是进一步制定证候要素诊断标准的基础。Objective： To select the corresponding symptoms of the common TCM syndrome factors on menopausal syndrome through questionnaire investigation of the experts.And it can lay an initial foundation for the establishment of TCM Syndrome Factors＇ Diagnosis Criteria.Methods： Constructing the questionnaire on the basis of our previous research firstly,carrying out the investigation with the questionnaire among the experts who come from the twelve hospitals which are qualified for the highest grade and distributed in the six regions of the country,and engaged in gynecology of Chinese medicine or integrated Chinese and western medicine with the title of associate chief physician or above secondly,and then selecting the related corresponding symptoms of the common TCM syndrome factors on menopausal syndrome based on the result analysis of mean value,full mark ratio,ranking sum and variation coefficient of the consent degree of the experts.Results： One hundred sets of the questionnaire were sent out and ninety eight sets were returned back.The callback rate is 98%.In accordance with the ＂very important＂ and ＂important＂ the two rank＇s cumulative percentage〉50% and the coefficient of variation〈0.25,we selected the related corresponding symptoms of the common TCM syndrome factors on menopause syndrome.Conclusion： Expert consultation questionnaire can collect the consensus opinions of experts in effect and is an important approach for the establishment of TCM syndrome diagnosis criteria of the disease.The symptoms which we selected in the research were the closest symptoms with the common TCM syndrome factors by the expert mutual recognition.They could be the diagnostic basis of the common TCM syndrome factors on menopausal syndrome,and the foundation for the establishment of TCM Syndrome Factors＇ Diagnosis Criteria.
