基于专家问卷调查及德尔菲法的糖尿病肾病中医证候研究

摘　　要：目的:调查糖尿病肾病领域中医专家对糖尿病肾病中医证候的看法,探讨糖尿病肾病的中医证候特点。方法:采用德尔菲法,通过3轮问卷调查,将专家对糖尿病肾病中医证候的认识进行归纳、整理、总结、反馈、再总结。结果:气阴两虚兼血瘀是糖尿病肾病基本证候,而随着病期的进展,脾肾阳虚、阴阳两虚以及浊毒、水湿等证候增加。结论:基于德尔菲法的专家问卷调查能很好地总结专家在糖尿病肾病的诊治经验,对中医疗效评价体系的建设具有一定的意义。Objective： To discuss the characteristics of TCM syndrome of diabetic kidney disease from investigation of the clinical TCM experts＇ view.Methods： We summed up the clinic TCM experts＇ experiences of the basic characteristic syndromes and symptoms of diabetic kidney disease through three series interview by questionnaires based on Delphi methods.Results： Qi and yin deficiency with blood stasis is the basic characteristics of TCM syndrome of diabetic kidney disease.And with the progress of the disease,yang deficiency of spleen and kidney,deficiency of yin and yang,turbidity toxin,water-dampness and other syndromes appeared more frequently.Conclusion： The questionnaires based on Delphi method is well summed up the experts＇ experiences about diagnosis and treatment of diabetic kidney disease,and also has certain significance on the construction of Chinese medicine evaluation system.
