摘　　要：目的:筛选朱红膏肾脏靶器官早期毒性的敏感指标。方法:将80只SD大鼠随机分为8个组:朱红膏A、B、C、D、E,5个剂量组,基质组(凡士林),溃疡模型组及皮肤破损组。连续给药14d,记录给药7d及14d大鼠体质量,并测定尿液pH值及NAG、RBP水平。结果:A、B、C、D组大鼠体质量增长受到抑制;给药7d,尿液存在大量酸性样本,不符合检测β2-MG的条件;给药7d,A组NAG及RBP水平均升高;给药14d,A组NAG水平升高,A、B、C、D组RBP含量均明显升高。结论:RBP可以作为朱红膏肾脏靶器官早期毒性的监测指标,并且较NAG敏感。Objective： To select the sensitive indicators of toxicity for early kidney tubular injury caused by Zhuhong Ointment.Methods： SD rats（n=80） were randomly divided into different dose groups,A,B,C,D and E,Vaseline group,ulcer model group and impairment control group.Spread Zhuhong Ointment on ulcers,which were established on the absence skin,foreign body and staphylococcal infection,every day for 2 weeks.Body weight was recorded once every week.Tested urine pH and compared NAG with RBP after administration for 7 days and 14 days.Results： Administration of Zhuhong Ointment to rats caused decrease in body weight except E group.The pH of urine samples did not meet the conditions for measurement of β2-MG.After treatment for 7 days,compared with ulcer model group,urinary NAG and RBP content in every dose group had no significant difference except A group.After treatment for two weeks,compared with ulcer model group,the levels of RBP in A,B,C and D groups increased,while the levels of NAG increased only in A group.Conclusion： As a specific biomarker for early kidney tubular injury caused by Zhuhong Ointment,urine RBP appeared earlier more sensitive than urine NAG.
