摘　　要：文章就益肾填髓通络方治疗疑难脑系疾病(脱髓鞘病、帕金森病、以及中风后肌张力增高等疑难疾病)做了举例介绍,体现了中医内科学独特的异病同治思路和特色,着重强调了补肾填精治法理论在脑系疑难病证中的特色运用。This article introduces clinical application of the Yishen Tiansui Tongluo decoction in neurological disease,such as demyelinating disease,parkinson disease and hypertonia after stroke.The method of treating different diseases with the same method shows the ideal and characteristic of the TCM,and emphasizes the characteristic use of the theory of kidney replenishing essence in the brain difficult and complicated diseases.
