摘　　要：颜乾麟教授为国家第四批全国老中医药专家学术经验继承工作指导老师。文章介绍颜教授根据甲状腺位于肝经循行部位,认为其生理病理变化必受肝的影响,临证活用疏肝解郁、和解少阳的小柴胡汤治疗各种甲状腺疾病的经验。Professor YAN Qian-lin is one of the fourth batch Chinese medicine experts about the inheriting academic experience.This paper introduces professor YAN Qian-lin,s clinical experience in treating thyroid diseases.He thinks that pathogenesis of thyroid diseases are should be influenced by liver channels base on the position of thyroid is on each said of liver channels.So good clinic effect may be caused by therapy with the Xiao Chaihu Tang,it has the efficacy of soothing liver and relieving depression,reconciliating shalinac length.
