清热解毒化痰散结法对聚合性痤疮患者血液流变学及微量元素的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察清热解毒化痰散结法对聚合性痤疮患者血液流变学和血清微量元素的影响。方法:选取临床诊断为聚合性痤疮并符合中医痰热互结证型的患者126例,采用不平衡指数法结合患者就诊顺序分为治疗组42例,予清热解毒化痰散结方内服配合外用自拟痤疮洗剂;对照1组(42例),予内服美满霉素治疗配合外用痤疮洗剂;对照2组(42例),单纯外用痤疮洗剂。测定3组治疗前后血液流变学及血清铜、锌、铁含量。结果:3组痤疮患者微量元素(铜、锌、铁)的比较在治疗前后无显著性差异。治疗组的血液流变学各指标在治疗前后明显下降,且治疗组与对照1、2组相比,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:清热解毒化痰散结法能明显改善聚合型痤疮患者局部微循环、降低血黏度。Objective：To investigate the effects of hemorheology and trace elements in treating acne conglobata by QingReJieDuHuaTanSanJie prescription.Methods： 126 patients were divided into 3 groups with minimization.The treatment group were given Qingre Jiedu Huatan Sanjie complex preseription with acne lotion,while the control group one were given with western medicine（minocycline） with acne lotion and the control group two were treated by acne lotion without internal medicine.The hemorheology and trace elements were measured.Results： The hemorheology changed significantly among the treatment group and control groups（P〈0.05）,and trace elements level among 3 groups showed no significant change.Conclusion： Qingre Jiedu Huatan Sanjie prescription may obviously improve the polymerization,improve local microcirculation and reduce the blood viscosity of acne conglobata.
