清热解毒化痰散结法治疗聚合性痤疮疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察清热解毒化痰散结法治疗聚合性痤疮的临床疗效。方法:将126例患者采用不平衡指数法分到治疗组(清热解毒化痰散结组)、对照1组(美满霉素组)和对照2组(单纯外治组)。3组均在面部配合使用自拟痤疮洗剂(金银花等),3个月后评定疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为92.85%,对照1、2组总有效率分别为85.71%、80.95%,治疗组和对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:清热解毒化痰散结法对于聚合性痤疮的疗效满意,且不良反应较少。Objective： To study the clinical dffect of Qingre Jiedu Huatan Sanjie prescription on acne conglobata.Methods： 126 patients were divided into 3 groups with minimization.The treatment group were given Qingre Jiedu Huatan Sanjie prescription with acne lotion,while the control group one were given with western medicine（minocycline） with acne lotion and the control group two were treated by acne lotion without internal medicine.3 months later,the clinical effect were compared.Results：After 3 months＇ treatment,the toal effective rate was higher in treatment group（92.85%） than in control group one（85.71%） and control group two（80.95%）.The clinic effect among the treatment group and control groups had significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： Qingre Jiedu Huatan Sanjie prescription has reliable effects on ance conglobata.
