摘　　要：目的:优选芪红胶囊水提工艺。方法:以丹酚酸B提取量和浸膏得率为指标,采用L9(34)正交设计试验,对提取时间、提取次数、加水倍量等因素进行考察,以确定最优提取工艺。结果:最优工艺为用12倍量水,回流提取2次,每次1h。结论:优选得到的芪红胶囊水提工艺稳定、可行。Objective： To optimize the extraction process by water of qi hong Capsule. Methods： We use the extraction content of salvianohc acid B and extractum yield as the index and orthogonal test design to choose the best extraction process. The optimum extraction condition consists of the extraction time, the time of extraction and the volume of water. Results： The best extraction process was 12 times the volume of water, extracted 2 times, 1 hour each time. Conclusion： The optimized process is feasible and stabilization for extraction of qi hong Capsule.
