摘　　要：简·奥斯汀的作品是英国文学史上的瑰宝,国内外学者争相从不同角度研究她的作品,然而国内鲜有文学评论家从政治角度对其加以研究,试从小说内容、小说采用的叙事手法及小说的人物与场景安排寻找政治在简.奥斯汀的作品中留下的痕迹,意在证明她的作品并不是远离当时的政治环境,而是在各种具体的细微处留下了政治痕迹。Jane Austen＇s works is the treasure of English literature, and domestic and foreign scholars studies her works from different perspective, however, there are few Chinese literary critics further research on it from the polirtical perspective, so this article tries to find out political impacts on Jane Austen works from the content of the novel, the narrative method of her novels and the novel＇s characters and setting, and to prove that her works is not isolated from the political environment at that time, but has political trace in some specific details.
