摘　　要：医学图像配准是对于一幅图像寻求一种空间变换,使该图像与另一幅图像中的对应点达到空间上的一致。将对ITK进行介绍,并讨论交互信息配准,二维刚性配准,仿射变换3种方法的实现及其结果。Medical image registration is to find a space transformation,in order to make one point on one image to be mapped to corresponding point on another image.This article introduced knowledge about ITK,discuss the implementation of mutual information registration,two-dimensional rigid registration and affine transformation.The results of these three methods are also displayed.
