气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管上段结石76例分析

摘　　要：目的分析总结气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管上段结石的临床疗效。方法 76例输尿管上段结石患者行气压弹道碎石术治疗。结果单次碎石成功率为77.6%(59/76),术后随访2～12周,结石排净率68.4%(52/76),肾积水由术前2.9±0.8cm降至1.4±0.6cm,未出现输尿管狭窄等并发症。结论气压弹道碎石治疗上段输尿管结石疗效确切,熟练掌握输尿管镜的操作技巧使这一方法安全有效。Objective To assess the application of transureteroscopic pneumatic hthotnpsy tor upper ureterai caLcuu. Methods 76 cases of upper ureteral calculi underwent pneumatic lithotripsy were retrospectively reviewed. Results Successful rate of lithotripsy by first attempt was 77.6%（59/76）, all cases were follow-up 2-12 weeks postoperative,and 68.4%（52/76） cases pass out the calculi after lithotripsy,and hydronephrosis was markedly decreased from preoperative （2.9±0.8cm） to postoperative （1.4±0.6cm）, no ureteral stenosis occurred. Conclusion Pneumatic lithotripsy is an effective way for upper ureteral calculi.It is important to have good skills of ureteropyeloscopy.
