摘　　要：目的:观察洗必灵洗剂治疗孕产妇炎性痔的疗效。方法:将孕产妇炎性痔患者分为治疗组80例,采用洗必灵洗剂熏洗治疗;对照组50例,采用1∶5 000高锰酸钾液熏洗治疗,7天后观察疗效。结果:治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为95.0%和70.0%,有明显差异(P<0.01),治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。结论:孕产妇炎性痔采用洗必灵洗剂治疗,未见不良反应,且效果良好。Objective：to observe curative effects of XiBiLing lotions treating inflammatory marisca of pregnant women.Method：pregnant women suffering from inflammatory marisca are divided into treatment group and control group.80 cases in treatment group are treated with XiBiLing lotions fumigation,50 cases in control group are given 1：5 000 potassium permanganate fumigation.To observed the clinical effect after 7 days.Result：Total effective rate in the treatment group was 95.0% and 70.0% in the control group with significant difference（P0.01）.Effects of the treatment group are better than control group.Conclusions：Treating inflammatory marisca of pregnant women with XiBiLing lotion reach better effects without adverse reaction.
