摘　　要：分别从中医、西医就饮酒对糖尿病产生的危害及影响入手进行分析,认为过量、长期饮酒可损伤脾胃,并使得胰岛素敏感性显著降低,糖耐量异常,糖尿病发病率显著增高。The influence and damage of alcohol consumption to diabetes mellitus are analyzed respectively from Western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine.Long-term overdrinking could cause spleen damage,make a decrease of insulin sensitivity and abnormal sugar glucose tolerance,raise the incidence of diabetes mellitus.
