益气补血汤治疗更年期功能失调性子宫出血30例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察益气补血汤治疗更年期功能失调性子宫出血的临床疗效。方法:将60例患者随机分为2组,治疗组30例采用益气补血汤治疗,对照组30例采用西医常规治疗。结果:治疗组痊愈率、显效率与总有效率分别为33.33%、46.6%、96.6%;对照组分别为16.7%、36.7%、80.0%;治疗组疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:益气补血汤治疗更年期功能失调性子宫出血具有较好的疗效。Objective：To observe clinical effects of treating climacteric dysfunctional uterine bleeding with YiQi BuXueTang.Method：60 proved patients are randomly divided into treatment group and control group.30 cases of treatment group are given YiQi BuXueTang,while 30 cases of control group receive routine treatment of Western medicine.Result：Cure rate,obvious effective rate,total effective rate of treatment group are 33.33%,46.6%,96.6%;those of control group are 16.7%,36.7%,80.0%;effects of treatment group is obviously better than of control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：YiQi BuXueTang reaches better effects in treating climacteric dysfunctional uterine bleeding.
