断指再植围手术期的护理体会

摘　　要：目的:探讨断指再植术前术后护理对手术成功率的影响。方法:对2007年5月至2008年11月收治的24例断指患者进行术前、术后心理疏导,术后密切观察患指血液循环,制定合理及时的康复锻炼计划并进行回顾性分析。结果:本组24例患者经过有效的护理,手术成功率达91.6%。结论:血管吻合技术是断指再植成功与否的关键,但是术前术后的观察和护理也是不容忽视的环节。Objective：To discuss the influence of nursing before or after replantation to success rate of operation.Method：24 cases with severed finger hospitalized from May 2007 to November 2008 receive psychological guide before and after operation,close observation of blood circulation of wooded finger,make suitable plans for rehabilitation exercise and all the nursing are analyzed retrospectively.Result：The success rate of operation reach 91.6% after corresponding nursing of the 24 patients in the experiment.Conclusion：The key to replantation of severed finger is anastomotic technique,but the observation and nursing before or after the operation are vital.
