摘  要:利用LabVIEW虚拟仪器开发平台构建了汽轮机轴系在线监测与故障诊断系统。系统有以下显著特点:小波降噪功能模块利用Matlab小波工具包实现了混合编程,能更好地还原真实信号;HHT分析功能模块以新的信号分析方法为基础,克服了传统分析方法的不足,能使信号分析更准确;模糊诊断功能模块利用最大隶属度原则,根据常见的故障与征兆之间的关系,进行故障的在线诊断。The online monitor and fault diagnosis system for steam turbine shaft vibration was composed of LabVIEW which was the virtual instrument development workbench.. It has signficant characteristic as below:De-nosing by wavelet function module has achieved mixed programing with using Matlab wavelet tool kit, can restore the ture signal better;Based on a new signal analysis method, HHT analysis function module gets over the defect of traditional analysis method,which can make a more accurate signal analysis;Fuzzy diagnosis function module can achieve online fault diagnosis with using the maximum membership degree principle, and follow the common relationship between faults and symptoms.
