摘　　要：针对食品安全、农业生产和机器人安全监控等领域的颜色识别需求,设计了以MSP430微控制器为核心、基于颜色传感器TCS3200D并配合外围芯片实现的便携式智能辨色仪。系统采用白平衡调整和建立对比颜色库,提高识别速度和识别精度,增加识别级数。试验检测表明,该辨色仪具有精度高、功耗低、操作灵活和携带方便等特点,在相关行业中具有很高的推广价值。In accordance with the demands for color discrimination in supervision of food safety and agricultural production as well as robot safety monitoring areas,the portable intelligent color discriminator has been designed.The instrument is composed of the micro-controller MSP430 as the core,the color sensor TCS3200D,and some of the peripheral chips.Specifically,the automatic white balance adjustment is adopted in the system to establish contrast color library for enhancing recognition speed,grade and accuracy.The tests indicate that the discriminator features high accuracy,low power consumption,ease and flexible operation,and easy to carry.It is worth to be promoted in corresponding industries.
