黑土滩人工草地土壤种子库季节动态研究

摘　　要：以黑土滩退化草地为对照,通过种子萌发法研究了黑土滩人工单播和混播草地土壤种子库的季节变化特征。结果表明:三个样地土壤种子库在植被返青前、种子成熟前和枯黄期三个取样时间均有种子萌发,种子萌发数量为返青前>枯黄期>种子成熟期前。土壤种子库密度依次为混播草地>单播草地>黑土滩退化草地,且差异显著(P<0.05)。The characteristics of seasonal change of singal seeding and mix seeding artificial grassland in black soil beach was studied by seed germination mothod and compared with that of black soil beach.The results showed that the germination of seeds in the soil seed bank was all found in three plot before turn green stage,before seed maturity stage and withered-yellow stage and the number of germination seeds was before turn gree stage,withered-yellow stage and before seed maturity stage in proper order.The density of soil seed bank was mix seeding grassland,singal seeding grassland and black.soil beach degraded grassland in proper order and there was a significant defference（P0.05）.
