普通高压发泡机的无氟改造

摘　　要：中国政府计划在生产和消费领域逐步淘汰氟氯烃物质(CFCs),2010年完全禁止使用CFCs。因此,我国冰箱生产制造企业的工艺及装配都要相应地进行无氟改造。针对本世纪初白色家电行业从国外进口的普通高压发泡机的装备已不能满足环戊烷发泡工艺要求,通过增加安全围房、抽排风装置、安全系统及对电气部分进行防爆设计,对现有普通高压发泡机进行适度的低成本改造,既节约成本,又能达到无氟发泡要求。China＇s government planed to replace the CFC substance which was using in manufacturing and consuming field,and CFC substance would be prohibited to use in 2010.Therefore,in China,process and assembling of refrigerator production need be reconstructed without fluorine.In order to reduce cost and sparkle without fluorine,we make the moderate low cost transformation to existing-ordinary high-pressure sparkling machine by increasing the safe round-room＇height,ventilation and security system,and making the design of explosion-proof house about electrical system.The result is good.
