摘 要:对目前国内新型干法水泥窑余热发电技术已开发出的各种流程和方法进行了科学分类;同时根据热平衡关系,在可比条件下计算各种方法的相关数据[吨熟料发电量E(kWh/t);增发电量的单位标煤耗Z(g/kWh)]并据此进行分析比较。分析研究结果表明:(1)在系统内补充部分燃料,可以全部转化为工质热能,因此内补燃型是有一定生命力的;(2)从预热器系统中抽取烟气发电(烟气分流法),在一定条件下Z值可与火力发电先进水平相媲美,其综合效果比从冷却机抽取热空气发电的方法更可取,具有良好的发展前景。Different domestic developped flows and methods of waste heat power generation of cement kiln with cyclone preheater at present were classified. And according to heat balance, the related data of the power generation volume of one ton clinker (E) and the unit standard coal consumption(Z) of added power generation was calculated and analysed at a comparable criteria. The results show as follows: (1) supplement fuel in the system clould change into working medium heat entirely which proves supplement-fuel type's feasi- bility; (2) at some condition, using a part of flue gas from preheater to generate power(Flue Gas Distributary Method), the Z value rivals the advanced level of that of the thermal power genertation, and the integrated effect is better than that of using hot air from cooler, which has favorable development prospect.
