摘  要:以废旧锌锰干电池中含锌和MnO2的电极材料为原料,采用沉淀-煅烧法成功制备出粒径约10 nm、分散均匀的四方晶系ZnMn2O4纳米催化剂,并研究其催化合成乙酸正丁酯的催化活性。利用X-射线衍射(XRD)、透射电镜(TEM)和气相色谱对样品进行分析表征。结果表明,在煅烧温度为400℃条件下,制备的ZnMn2O4粉体具有很高的催化活性,在反应时间为7 h,催化剂用量占反应物总质量的0.4%时酯化率达到96.26%。回收废旧锌锰干电池制备ZnMn2O4催化剂具有方法简便、成本低、环境污染小等优点。The nano-catalyst of tetragonal ZnMn2O4 with diameters of 10 nm was successfully synthesized from spent Zinc and Manganese batteries by a sedimentation-calcination method.The as-prepared ZnMn2O4 was used as catalyst to catalyze the esterification of n-butanol and acetic acid.The samples were characterized by XRD,TEM and GC.The experimental results show that the ZnMn2O4 sample prepared at 400℃ has high catalytic activity on the synthesis of n-butyl acetate and 96.26% of n-butyl acetate yield was achieved with reaction time of 7h and catalyst dosage of 0.4%(in total mass of reactants).The preparation of ZnMn2O4 catalyst from spent Zinc and Manganese batteries has the advantages of simple process,low cost and little environment pollution.
