摘　　要：近年来,随着科学技术的发展和农垦天然橡胶产业的不断发展壮大,人们对胶园种植生物覆盖作物越来越重视,胶园种植生物覆盖作物大大改善生态环境建设,促进橡胶中小苗的速生快长,直接影响到橡胶产业的做大做强及持续发展。广东农垦近3年来推广胶园种植柱花草技术,取得了一定的经济、社会和生态效益。With the development of science and technology as well as developing and strengthening forever of natural rubber industry in state farm recently, there are more attentions to the biologic mulching in rubber plantain, which improves greatly construction of ecological environment and promotes medium and little seedlings of rubber fast growing, which influences on bigger and stronger and consistent development of rubber industry, while making great achievements for rubber industry in Guangdong state farm, and even China. In the current 3 years, the technique of stylosanthes planted in rubber plantain is extended, which has made certain economic, social and ecological benefits.
