摘　　要：现代热作产业是垦区热作产业发展的主导方向,是农业发展方式转变的必然要求。其发展模式是在传统产业发展基础上的优化和升级,通过资源的整合和科技含量的追加,使之成为高效、节能、环保的主导产业,真正实现职工增收、企业增效。本文通过对汕尾垦区热带产业现状和存在问题的分析,对下一步热作产业发展提出意见和建议。Modem Tropical Crop Industry is the leading direction of development in reclamation area and the inevitable requirement for Agricultural development mode change. Its development pattern is optimized and upgraded on the basis of the traditional agricultural development aiming at becoming it to be highly effective, of saving energy, of conserving environment and realizing worker income increase and enterprise efficiency through the integration of resources and the additional content of science and technology. This article analyzes the industrial situation and existing problems in the tropical agricultural reclamation so as to put forward the following suggestions and opinions for the tropical crop industry development.
