摘　　要：生产二萘酚的一个关键设备是蒸馏锅,而馏酚柱是蒸馏锅上直接影响产品质量的一个重要部件。主要介绍了改造前蒸馏锅的缺点,及由此对产品带来的影响;对蒸馏锅改造的思路及改造后的效果。The distil column is one of the most important part of the boiling bulb which is a key equipments to produce the Dinaphthol. The defaults of the original, design of boiling blub are offered and effects because of the defaults on the products are presented. Moreover, the idea to reconstruct the boiling bulb is presented and the benefits of the restriction of the boiling bulb to the outputs are analyzed in the paper.
