中医药治疗对HIV/AIDS患者CD4计数变化的临床分析研究

摘　　要：目的:观察康爱保生丸、扶正抗毒丸对HIV/AIDS患者不同疗程时的CD4细胞计数变化,并探讨纯中药治疗对HIV/AIDS患者的疗效。方法:给予HIV/AIDS患者康爱保生丸(组成:紫花地丁、黄芩、桑白皮、人参等)、扶正抗毒丸(组成:黄芪、黄精、白术、女贞子等)治疗,比较治疗前后CD4细胞计数变化。结果:对于CD4细胞计数小于350/mm3的患者,康爱保生丸、扶正抗毒丸提高其CD4细胞计数趋势明显;对于CD4细胞计数大于等于350/mm3的患者,康爱保生丸、扶正抗毒丸有减缓和逆转其CD4细胞计数下降趋势。结论:康爱保生丸、扶正抗毒丸对HIV/AIDS患者CD4细胞计数有提高或减缓和逆转其下降趋势的作用。Objective:To observe CD4 cell count changes of HIV/AIDS patients after different treatment courses with Kangaibaosheng pills and Fuzheng anti-drug pills and explore the effect of the two pills on the treatment of HIV/AIDS patients. Method:HIV/AIDS patients were treated with Kangaibaosheng pills (components:herba violae,scutearia,morus alba,ginseng,etc.),Fuzheng anti-drug pills (components:astragalus,solomonseal,atractylodes,ligustrum,etc.). The CD4 cell count changes were compared before and after the treatment. Results:For the patients with CD4 cell count less than 350/mm,Kangaibaosheng pills and Fuzheng anti-drug pills improved their CD4 cell count. For the patients with CD4 cell count greater than or equal 350/mm,Kangaibaosheng pills and Fuzheng anti-drug pills slowed down and reversed their CD4 cell count. Conclusion:Kangaibaosheng pills and Fuzheng anti-drug pills for HIV/AIDS patients with CD4 cell counts can increase,slow down or reverse the CD4 cell count of HIV/AIDS patients
