多锤头破碎再生技术在水泥路面改建中的应用

摘　　要：旧水泥路面碎石化技术是在路面改造过程中利用专用破碎设备将旧水泥路面打碎、压稳后,直接作为基层或底基层使用的一种方法.结合广西平果—百色公路改建项目,对多锤头碎石化的技术特点、应用实施及施工质量控制等进行了探讨.该工程通过试验所确定的破碎施工参数,可为旧水泥路面改造的实施提供参考.Old cement pavement rubblization technology is a method using old concrete pavement directly as base or subbase course after breaking and compacting by special crushing equipments.Combining with reconstruction project of Pingbai highway in Guangxi,this paper studies on technology characteristics,application implementation and construction quality control of multi-head rubblization.Breaking construction parameters determined through experiments in this project can provide reference for implementations of old cement pavement reconstructions.
