摘　　要：随着世界经济全球化的日益发展和我国改革开放的不断深化,大力开展对外直接投资已经成为推进我国经济发展的客观需要。但我国在对外直接投资中存在一系列的问题,对外直接投资结构问题尤其突出。通过论述研究,旨在引起外贸部门等有关部门、企业对我国对外直接投资结构问题的重视,为制定对外直接投资政策提供参考,从理论和实践两个方面提高我国对外直接投资水平。With the growing globalization of world economy and the deepening of China＇s reform and opening up,vigorously promote foreign direct investment is becoming an objective to further develop our economy needs.But there existed a lot of problems.This article aims to arouse foreign trade departments attention on the structure of China＇s foreign direct investment.This essay offers the reference to making foreign direct investment policy in order to improve China＇s foreign direct investment theorietically and practically.
