摘　　要：在注射模零件的加工过程中,经常会遇到一些结构复杂、特殊形状的型芯、型腔,加工困难,并且不容易维修。这种情况下,可以采用镶拼的方法来降低其加工与维修的难度。本文主要介绍了镶拼式型芯型腔的设计方法,并列举了实例,希望对模具设计者有一些参考作用。In the injection mold process, often encounter some complex structure, special shape of parts, processing difficulty, and not easy to repair. In this case, adopted insert disassembly method to reduce the difficulty of processing and repair. This paper mainly introduced insert disassembly methods and some real example, hoped it has some reference to the mold designer.
