日本社会保障制度对农业发展影响分析

摘　　要：对日本农村社会保障制度进行了分析,发现日本农村社会保障制度具有覆盖面广、保障水平高、项目齐全等特点;在对日本社会保障水平及日本农业经济发展进行数量分析发现,日本社会保障制度对欠发达时期的农业经济有很大的促进作用,而在其农业经济高度发达之后,社会保障水平的提高对农业经济的影响作用减弱甚至消失。这对我国建立完善的农村社会保障体系有重要的启示和借鉴意义。By a comprehensive analyzing of the social security system of Japan in this paper it is found that the social security system of Japan has wide coverage, security in the village area is strong,and a full set of services, etc. By a quantitative analysis of the level of the social security system and economic development of Japan,we find that the social security system of Japan pro- motes the development of undeveloped period agricultural economy. And after the high develop- ment of agricultural economy, it becomes weaker, even disappears. It is an important inspiration and reference in improving the social security system in our country.
