摘 要:基于2011年1月南方电网的抗冰实践,分析直流融冰装置的实际应用情况,包括南方电网直流融冰装置的配置、融冰效率和应用效果。结论为:直流融冰装置在这次抗冰实践中为实现220 kV及以上线路不倒塔、县级以上城市不停电发挥了重要的作用,但要在严重冰灾下综合发挥融冰装置作用,南方电网融冰体系尚待进一步完善。建议优化融冰方案,完善融冰过程控制,最大限度发挥现有直流融冰装置的作用;同时,适当增加融冰装置冗余配置,通过提高保线能力和融冰效率以增强保网能力,并进一步开展研究以解决地线的覆冰问题。Based on the de-icing practice of China Southern Power Grid(CSG) in January 2011,the application of DC de-icers is analyzed,including the allocation of de-icers,and the efficiency and effect of de-icing.The paper concludes that the de-icing devices have played an important role in keeping the 220 kV transmission towers away from falling down and providing power supply to the county and above level cities;but that these devices be able to play a full role under severe ice-storm depends on the further perfection of CSG’s de-icing system.The paper suggests to optimize de-icing schedule,to perfect the process control of de-icing,and thus to make the DC de-icers play role in maximum.Meanwhile,the redundance of these de-icers should be properly increased,and the ability to protect networks should be enhanced by higher line-protecting ability and de-icing efficiency.Finally,it is suggested to further study the problem of ground lines iced.
