摘　　要：工程造价控制应贯穿于项目建设的全过程。通过论述目前我国工程造价管理及控制的一些普遍问题,着重分析和阐述在设计阶段加强工程造价管理及控制的几个措施,提出在设计一开始就建立控制投资的目标,对控制整个工程的造价起着至关重要的作用。The construction cost control should run through the whole construction period.This paper discusses some common problems in the control and management of construction cost and analyzes some methods to strengthen it in the design stage.It is pointed out that it is important to build up the objective of investment control at the beginning of design in order to control the cost of the whole project.
