髋关节置换术护理干预表格的设计

摘　　要：目的指导患者与家属充分了解住院期间及出院后康复的所有过程及注意事项，减少髋关节置换术后并发症的发生，并且为护士提供专科性的护理方法。方法自2010年1月至2011年1月我科收治220例人工髋关节置换术患者，使用我科自行设计的人工髋关节置换术护理干预表格进行护理干预。结果220例患者及其家属术前基本掌握了人工关节置换术的术前注意事项和术后并发症及其预防，术后人工髋关节脱位1例，发生率为0．5％。结论应用髋关节置换术护理干预表格，能够规范患者行为，增加患者的手术安全性，提高护士的工作效率，减少并早期发现髋关节置换术后并发症的发生，而且还增进护患双方沟通交流，建立良好的护患关系，取得很好的临床效果。Objective To make patients and their family members fully understand the pro- cess of rehabilitation and precautions during hospitalization and after discharge, to reduce occurrence of complications after hip replacement, and to provide specialist nursing methods. Methods Nursing intervention was performed using self-designed nursing chart on patients undergoing total hip replacement during the period of January 2010 to January 2011. Results 220 patients and their family members basically mastered the artificial joint replacement surgery preoperative considerations and postoperative complications and their prevention before surgery, the artificial hip joint dislocation occured was only one, rate was 0.5%. Conclusions Using the hip replacement form of nursing intervention can standardize patients the behavior of the surgery to increase patient safety, improve nurse efficiency, reduce and early detection the incidence of complications after joint replacement, but also enhance communication between patients and nurses communicate and establish good The nurse-patient relationship, and achieved good clinical results.
